Ingrown Hair Treatment

Ingrown hair is hair that grows back into the skin after shaving, waxing or tweezing. They can be painful and itchy, and at times lead to pus formation and hence infection. They commonly appear in underarms, legs, arms, pubic area (bikini line and thighs). But they may also appear in other parts of your body like your chest, back and butt. They may occur more frequently if you have thick, curly or coarse hair. 

After removing hair by shaving, waxing or tweezing, new hair starts to grow from hair follicles. Oftentimes, when the new hair grows, it curls back and pierce your skin. When the hair penetrates your skin, your skin reacts against it like it would with any foreign agent, and hence becomes irritated and angry. 

Use Eraser to spot treat existing ingrown in your underarms, bikini line and anywhere else you have ingrown hair and irritation post shaving. For best results, use Eraser daily to prevent future flare ups in those areas.

We recommend you moisturise your skin first and then apply Eraser. For best results, moisturize in the shower with Velvet Spray to seal moisture in your skin. Post shower, dry your skin and then apply a few drops of Eraser.
